First Children's Rosary in Pakistan

Members of the Children's Rosary
at St. Joseph Church in Pakistan
On the beautiful Feast of St. John the Baptist we have wonderful news to share. There is a new Children's Rosary group in Pakistan.  Last night the group leader shared pictures from this new group.  While the group has been meeting since March 3rd 2015 up until now they have had no Rosaries.  As shipping internationally is extremely expensive and our funding is through donations we had to wait to send such a package.  A lovely member of the Children's Rosary handmade 40 Rosaries for this group and sent them to us.
The children each receive a Rosary
Last week one of the children from the Children's Rosary here in Connecticut USA packaged everything together including several of our Children's Rosary books, our Children's Rosary CD which has our theme song Rosary Children.  The sheet music for the song. We included the Consecration prayers to Consecrate their group to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate heart of Mary and also a collage of pictures of our other groups around the world.  We hoped the children would like to see other children from around the world that are praying for them and meeting just like they are in a Children's Rosary prayer group.

We did not expect the package to arrive so quickly to Pakistan. Yet last night an email came with many pictures.  The package had arrived!  As Pakistan is 8 hours ahead of us here in Connecticut USA it was already June 24th: the Feast of John the Baptist.  What a wonderful gift to see the children holding Rosaries and praying in their Children's Rosary.

Each child shows his or her own Rosary
This new group meets weekly.  Their parish is named after St. Joseph.  The group leader explained that next weekend the priest from their parish will Consecrate the group to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary.  In this way the group is under the protection and guidance of Christ and His Mother.

In a special way we thank Our Lord for the gift of this beautiful Children's Rosary in Pakistan.  These 40 children can meet together as a prayer group and find beautiful support in their prayer life.  Times are extremely difficult these days and to have friends praying for you and with you is such a blessing to be sure.
In a special way we pray for all the members of the Children's Rosary.  Thank you all for your prayers and support.
