In addition to this groups meetings for prayers, they meet for a summer barbecue and winter Christmas party. The group leader shared with us that St Cadoc’s Msgr Tom Monaghan has been very supportive over the years. This summer he brought along relics of Blessed Carlo Acutis when the group were on a Marian trip to Carfin.
The Children's Rosary® is a prayer group movement that was begun out of love for Our Lady and Her Son. Jesus tells us "Truly, I say to you unless you turn and become like children you will never enter the Kingdom of Heaven" (Matthew 18:3). The Children's Rosary is an effort to begin in parishes rosary prayer groups composed of children and led by children. Through prayer of the Rosary Our Lady will guide our young people while at the same time sanctify families and Parishes.

Children's Rosary at St. Cadoc's Parish in Newton Mearns, Scotland
We wish to introduce you to the Children's Rosary at St. Cadoc Parish in Newton Mearns, Scotland. This group recently registered although they are not a new group. They have been meeting since 2012 but were unaware of the international prayer group movement. Bishop Keenan of Paisley, Scotland recently connected this group with us and we are delighted they have joined our tapestry of prayer that extends across the globe.
