We are excited to share that 18,293 handmade rosaries were sent out to Tanzania today. They will make the long journey via shipping container to Dar es Salaam. One barrel will be picked up Fr. Joseph Kalua who recently shared he has started many new Children's Rosary groups this year. We previously have sent him rosaries to help with these efforts.
The second barrel will be picked up by Fr. Sheejan Kallarakkal a priest who we met in Rome to whom we gave rosaries. Since returning to Tanzania, he has initiated the Children's Rosary in two schools but plans to extend this to 11 more schools as well as his parish. Also included in each barrel were 40 Children's Rosary books, 5 Child Consecration books and a Children's Rosary banner along with school and parish welcome letters.
A special thank you to those who have sent us handmade rosaries. These barrels are filled with love. We continue to ask for assistance with shipping costs. Donations can be made HERE.
