The Children's Rosary will be featured today on EWTN's Vaticano. This was filmed during our recent visit to Rome. 

An Unexpected Surprise on the Feast of St John Paul II: October 22, 2024

During a recent visit to EWTN Global Catholic Network in Birmingham, Alabama, we had a very special surprise on the Feast of St John Paul II, October 22. Fr. Joseph Mary Wolfe, the Chaplain of EWTN, devoted a considerable amount of his homily that day on the EWTN televised Mass to discussing the Children's Rosary. As the EWTN Mass is one of the most watched programs on EWTN Global Catholic Network, this gift surely served as an open door for Our Blessed Mother to bring more Children's Rosary groups into existence. EWTN Interview from At Home with Jim and Joy Part II

 

This past week we traveled to EWTN in Birmingham, Alabama for several interviews. The first of which aired Wednesday and can be viewed HERE. The follow up interview aired yesterday on EWTN. The topic of the first show was on the Children's Rosary and the new release of the book: A Soul Prepared through Suffering. On September 29, 2013, Ten Years Ago Today

On September 29th 2013, the Feast of the Archangels, EWTN Global Catholic Network aired an interview about the Children's Rosary.  This airing was a very special gift as it gave many around the world a window into a Children's Rosary prayer group.  Many reached out after the airing with interest in beginning a Children's Rosary in their parish.  Now ten years later, many of those that wrote or called following the airing have begun groups in their parishes or in schools and helped in many ways such as through translation.  It would seem that such a date could not go by without a special remembrance and gratitude to God the Father and the Archangels  for reaching so many and bringing forth so much fruit.  For those of you unfamiliar with the EWTN interview that aired on Sept 29th 2013 the link is included HERE.

The late Fr. Apostoli, host of Sunday Night Prime shared this at the end of the show:

"You have heard a program about a wonderful movement, Children's Rosary, which is drawing our young people.  This is our future if we do not sow seeds now there will be no harvest later on.  This is exactly what the Children's Rosary is doing, reaching out to these little ones.  Stirring their hearts, preparing them as the road ahead will not be an easy one". Child Consecration to be Featured on EWTN Bookmark May 1, 2021

 

Happy Feast of St. Joseph the Worker! Today EWTN will air the episode of Bookmark that features the book Child Consecration: To Jesus through Mary—Following in the Spirit of St. Thérèse, the Little Flower. The episode will air at 2:30 PM ET on EWTN in the US Canada. To watch the episode live click HERE.

This book is being used by adults and also children to make a 33 Day Consecration to Jesus through Mary.

EWTN Premiere of Rosario de Niños

 

We are so excited to share with you that our Spanish Children's Rosary, Rosario de Niños, will be premiering on EWTN on March 8th. It will air Monday through Friday March 8-12. They plan to air Rosario de Niños two weeks a month alternating every other week with different programming. This project has been in development several years. The result is something absolutely beautiful. We hope that you will enjoy praying along with the children and this may help to inspire more people to begin Children's Rosary prayer groups in their Churches and schools.

EWTN Estreno de Rosario de Niños

 

Queridos Amigos, 

Nosotros estamos muy emocionados para compartir con ustedes que nuestro Rosario de Niños en español, Rosario de Niños, se estrenará en EWTN en el 8 de marzo, 2021. Estará en el televisión el lunes hasta el viernes, el 8 hasta el 12 de marzo.  Planean poner en su canal el Rosario de Niños dos veces cada mes alternando cada dos semanas con otra programación. Este projecto ha estado en proceso por varios años. El resultado es algo absolutamente hermosa. Mucho ayuno y muchas oraciones y novenas han estado hechos para ayudar a llevar a este projecto a la luz del día.  Esperamos que disfrutarás orando junto con los niños y que esto ayudará a inspirar a más personas a empezar grupos de oración del Rosario de Niños in sus Parroquias y escuelas. Todas las oraciones estaban orados en español por niños fluentes en español.

EWTN Bookmark Brief Features the New Child Consecration Book

Recently EWTN Bookmark filmed an interview featuring the book Child Consecration: To Jesus through Mary—Following in the Spirit of St. Thérèse, the Little Flower. They filmed a short 4 min Bookmark Brief at the end of the video. We wish to humbly share this video. To watch click HERE.

This new book is a resource for Children's Rosary groups to use. It is another tool to help our children reach the spiritual heights. The goal of the Children's Rosary is to support the prayer lives of children. Each year we encourage children who participate in the Children's Rosary to do a personal Consecration to Jesus through Mary beginning on November 29th and concluding on January 1st the Feast of Mary Mother of God. Two Upcoming EWTN Interviews about the Children's Rosary

We are excited to share that there are two upcoming EWTN Global Catholic Network shows of At Home with Jim and Joy about the Children's Rosary. 

The first focuses on the implementation of the Children's Rosary in schools. Principal Nathan Wright from St. Francis Xavier School in Birmingham Alabama and first grade teacher, Julie Cannova, speak about the fruits they are seeing from having a weekly Children's Rosary at their school. They are joined by, Blythe Kaufman, founder of the Children's Rosary and hosts Jim and Joy Pinto. This first show will air Wednesday August 21st at 1PM ET. There is an Encore of the show on Saturday August 24th at 10:30 AM ET. Please check your local listings to see the air time if you live in Europe, Africa, India and the Pacific Rim as this show will also air in these regions. 

The second show will feature the recent trip to East Africa. The airings of this show will be Friday August 23rd at 10:30 AM ET and the Encore will be Sunday August 25th at 10:30 ET. We have been told that the airing for this show in Africa will on Saturday at 04:00 IST/22:30 Friday GMT. It will air again on Monday August 26 at 20:00 IST/14:30 GMT. Children's Rosary on EWTN's Church Universal

We are excited to share the links to the two Church Universal shows that featured the Children's Rosary:

We were extremely happy to see that EWTN re-aired the episode "Children in the New Evangelization" last night (January 6th 2019): the Feast of Epiphany. On a day when we are focused on giving Jesus gifts, it is He who seems to be surprising us with His gifts. We hope and pray that this extra airing will reach more souls and help to bring more children to prayer.

Second Episode about the Children's Rosary on EWTN's Church Universal Scheduled to Air the Week of September 30th 2018

We received news from Eternal World Catholic Network (EWTN) today that the second episode about the Children's Rosary on the Church Universal has been scheduled to begin airing on September 30th. The show is called Children in the New Evangelization. The first show will begin airing on Sunday September 30th at 5PM Eastern time. The current schedule of the Church Universal provided by EWTN is below:

Wednesday at 6:30 PM Eastern Time

Sometimes there are unexpected changes in the airingso always check the Church Universal web page www.ewtn.com/churchuniversal/

EWTN does not routinely post the Church Universal to YouTube so mark your calendars for the air times.

A Day of Prayer Offered for the Children's Rosary

The Children's Rosary received a beautiful gift from EWTN.  We received this note:
"Our Poor Clares will offer a Day of Prayer for you and your family and all the families and children involved in the Children's Rosary. It will be on September 29th, Feast of the Holy Archangels. The nuns will offer their rosary, holy hour and all the prayers and good works of the day for all of you".

We are most grateful for such a beautiful gift.The date of this Day of Prayer is also special as it is the anniversary of the first time a program aired on EWTN about the Children's Rosary. On October 29th 2013 the Children's Rosary was discussed on Sunday Night Prime with Fr. Andrew Apostoli.  We consider this day of September 29th, the Feast of the Archangels, as a very special date for the Children's Rosary. We pray for the intercession of the Archangels and thank God the Father for the generous gifts and blessings we have received.

Two Children's Rosary Interviews to Air on EWTN Monday May 1st

We are excited to share that there will be a LIVE interview on the "At Home with Jim and Joy" show on EWTN on Monday May 1st at 2PM ET. This will also re-air on Saturday at 10:30 AM ET. I ask for your prayers that Our Lord will use this interview to bring beautiful fruits for the Children's Rosary all for His Glory.

Also on May 1st an interview about the Children's Rosary will air on the Spanish Network of EWTN. This airs in Spain, South America, Central America and their Domestic US Spanish Network.  The show is called Nuestra Fe en Vivo. Asher (age 10) is the guest of this show and he shares information about the Children's Rosary with Host Pepe Alonso. This interview will air 6 times during this upcoming week beginning on May 1st. This show will air in the US on the Spanish EWTN Network at 8PM ET on Monday May 1st.  It will air on the International EWTN Spanish Network at 7PM in Mexico and Bogota and 9PM in Buenos Aires. Children's Rosary Begins Airing Daily on EWTN Radio Classics Today!

We are very excited to share that beginning today the Children's Rosary will air daily on EWTN Radio Classics!  Each day at 4:30 PM ET you can join the children in prayer. The link to listen LIVE is HERE. EWTN Radio Classics is also known as the EWTN Radio Plus Network. This Network provides EWTN radio affiliate stations an option in programming in addition to the regular EWTN Network.  If you have a local Catholic radio station ask them to consider adding the Children's Rosary to their regular programming.  EWTN Radio Classics makes it easy and free for stations to add this programming. The Children's Rosary will also help in providing material as well to any station interested in airing the Children's Rosary.

EWTN to Premiere Children's Rosary

We are very excited to share that EWTN will be premiering our new Children's Rosary videos July 6th 2015 at 4:30 PM ET. The first of the series of four will air on Monday July 6th on EWTN in the United States and Canada.  We are very excited that EWTN has added the Children's Rosary to its monthly programming schedule.

August 18th Children's Rosary Sorrowful Mysteries at 4:30 PM ET
September 3rd Children's Rosary Luminous Mysteries at 4:30 PM ET

Many have helped to make these videos a reality.  Children and members from around the world have prayed for the completion and release of these videos as they represent a window into a Children's Rosary prayer group.  Few adults can remember growing up as a child in a prayer group.  Yet children have a large capacity for prayer and have a need for their prayer life to be supported.  We hope that these new videos show the beauty and deep faith that exists in the hearts of children and the simplicity and love they bring to prayer.  We hope many hearts will be touched by the innocence of these little ones.

We hope in the coming several months to release a Children's Rosary DVD which will contain all four mysteries shown on EWTN plus an additional bonus instructional video of how to begin a Children's Rosary prayer group and how to organize your first meeting with answers to frequently asked questions. Please continue to keep the completion of the DVD in your prayers.
