Every year we humbly invite members of the Children's Rosary to make a personal Consecration to Jesus through Mary. The 33 Day preparation begins November 29 and concludes on January 1: the Feast of Mary, Mother of God. We recommend the book Child Consecration: To Jesus through Mary—Following in the Spirit of St. Thérèse, the Little Flower. This can be used by adults and young people. It has recently been used by Archbishop Blair of Hartford, Connecticut USA for his Consecration. Bishop Rhoades of Fort Wayne - South Bend, Indiana USA also recently used the book for his Consecration journey. Books can be purchased to guide your Consecration journey. If you do not have access to purchase books an online Consecration journey is available at www.childconsecration.com
The Children's Rosary® is a prayer group movement that was begun out of love for Our Lady and Her Son. Jesus tells us "Truly, I say to you unless you turn and become like children you will never enter the Kingdom of Heaven" (Matthew 18:3). The Children's Rosary is an effort to begin in parishes rosary prayer groups composed of children and led by children. Through prayer of the Rosary Our Lady will guide our young people while at the same time sanctify families and Parishes.
