Mass Offered for Members of the Children's Rosary on March 25, 2023

 

A Mass was celebrated for all the members of the Children's Rosary and all who help the Children's Rosary on March 25, 2023. We have a Mass offered each month on the 25th for this intention. This month the date fell on a  particularly special Feast. It was the Solemnity of the Annunciation of Our Lord.

Children's Rosary Group in West Hartford, Connecticut Holds Scapular Investiture at Meeting

 

Dear Friends,

During the February meeting of the Children's Rosary at St. Thomas the Apostle Church in West Hartford, Connecticut, children and families had the opportunity to become invested with Our Lady of Mount Carmel's Brown Scapular. Every person in attendance asked to be invested. We are grateful to Fr. Edmund Nadolny who attended and was able to say the prayers of investiture for each person. He also received a scapular himself! We extend a special thank you to scapulars.com for donating children's scapulars to the Children's Rosary. 

Abigail, age 6, who received her scapular in February has been most excited to show me she is wearing her scapular when I see her at Mass. 

Thank you all, and we look forward to the twelve year anniversary of the founding of the Children's Rosary on April 10, 2023.

Children's Rosary Informational Meeting for Canada

We are excited to announce we have a Children's Rosary informational meeting scheduled via Zoom for Canada at 8:00 pm Eastern time March 16, 2023. We hope any existing Children's Rosary group leaders from Canada can attend and anyone interested in finding out more about the Children's Rosary prayer group movement. Children's Rosary Meeting in Jinja, Uganda, March 5, 2023

We received this picture today from the Children's Rosary in Jinja, Uganda. This Children's Rosary group meets each Sunday at 4:00 pm local time. Three seminarians are featured above who help to lead this group. One is pictured with a Children's Rosary T-shirt, and the other two seminarians are holding the Children's Rosary banner. We were able to visit this Children's Rosary group in the summer of 2019.
